Fast, affordable, helpful, and knowledgeable - I can’t recommend One Hour enough! I have a ductless mini split system in a property that hadn’t been serviced in several years so they were pretty dirty, but Ali took great care of everything. I am located in Denton and even though the company is Frisco-based they got out here on time with no issues. Ali was very informative and made sure I knew how to clean the outside condenser and do the filter changes on the inside split units for upkeep between professional maintenance needs. I was worried there would be extra charges or issues with the system because of how long it had been since the last maintenance, but Ali did a wonderful job taking care of everything and explaining any questions I had, and the price was exactly what I was originally quoted. He was very courteous and respectful of my home as well! I appreciated the text I got beforehand with a picture of the technician so I knew who to expect. As a woman it can be odd to have men come into your house that you do not know, especially when you are alone, but I felt very safe and reassured with how One Hour and Ali handled everything - very professional and considerate.
